Return policy


The User must follow the claim deadlines indicated in the Shipping Conditions section by sending an email to rsl@e-rsl.com or by contacting our customer service number at +34 93 575 24 00.

Refund costs will hereafter be borne by the User so forth as circumstances that prompt this refund are not attributable to THE WEBMASTER, as per previous agreement as reason for the claim.

Were the item to be visibly damaged during delivery, it is recommended to follow the guidelines indicated in the Shipping Conditions, while meeting the claim deadlines.

In the event of a shipping error on the part of THE WEBMASTER where the item does not correspond to the one requested, the User may return it without any incurred delivery costs.

The item must be returned in perfect condition (due to shipping errors) and in the same condition in which the User received it (in the case of products visibly damaged by improper handling during transport), and in its original packaging.

If during revision our staff deems that the return requirements have been met, we will then proceed to correct the situation in the manner and within the terms agreed upon with the User.

If conditions set for its return are not met and THE WEBMASTER does not assent, customer service will proceed to contact the User to communicate the reason(s) for non-acceptance and to inform them where to forward the order. Expenses derived from re-shipment will be borne by the User.
