Iberzoo+Propet arrives next week, from March 15 to 17, at Ifema Madrid hall 10 with the VetMadrid Congress, the Aedpac Forum or the Veterinary Classroom.
Iberzoo+Propet is the big commercial and business platform for the professional Companion Animal sector in the Iberian Peninsula, organized by IFEMA MADRID and the promoting associations AMVAC (Madrid Association of Companion Animal Veterinarians) and AEDPAC (Spanish Association of Distributors of Products for Companion Animals).
The final balance of its 2022 call was positive with magnificent numbers and a complete program of professional formative activities that reaffirm its validity as the leading sectoral platform in Spain.
The last edition had 270 direct exhibitors, 600 participating companies from 43 countries. Consolidated as one of the most important annual events in the sector inside and outside our borders, the fair for professionals in the veterinary industry and the food, products, accessories, styling, hairdressing and pet welfare sector, received 16,938 visitors. who have witnessed the latest innovations, techniques and success stories in the sector.
ONE OF THE MOST AMBITIOUS PROGRAMS IN THE HISTORY OF THE FAIR
In addition to organizing the "XL VetMadrid Congress", AMVAC has organized the "Vet Employment Classroom", which focuses on promoting employability and the "Veterinary Classroom", a dedicated space for veterinary professionals.
The V Forum AEDPAC will also be held with content especially aimed at the commercial channel and the Canine Styling Scenario, in which hygiene and styling will be the focus of the different presentations.
Finally, it has the Gallery of News and Innovation where six large companies will participate and will be present on the official website of the event and in an interactive way.
On the other hand, Iberzoo+Propet will have two very important corporate recognitions that will be delivered on March 16 in the afternoon at The afternoon of the sector":
First of all, the first edition of the “Eureka Awards! Animal Protection”, which rewards the good work of the protectors and the commitment to the welfare of companion animals, as well as the promotion of responsibility. It is one of the most special awards of the event since animal shelters have an essential function in society, they are in charge of collecting and maintaining abandoned dogs and cats, their health control, care and the search for possible new owners to adopt them.
An activity that fights for animal rights deserves all possible thanks and recognition. That is why, the award will be monetary. €3,000 will be given to be used to improve an existing project, or to create a new project from scratch for this purpose.
Continuing with the great recognitions, the first edition of the "Impulso Awards" will take place, a contest dedicated to entrepreneurs, who play a fundamental role in the development of products and services aimed at improving the quality of life of animals. An initiative that focuses on start-ups and the brave professionals behind them, giving them the recognition they deserve for their innovation and entrepreneurship in the sector.
